Great experience from beginning to end! Tom was very thorough in explaining the different windows and options. The installation went smoother than I could’ve ever imagined. I could not be happier with what I see so far. Today was the first part of replacing a series of siding doors facing the patio and what a difference!!! The installation crew has been terrific and the project manager has explained everything in detail at every step of the job. Very punctual, clean, precise, neat, and attentive to any request. These guys know their job and execute it very well. What a pleasure! The job will be finished on Tuesday January second when I will conclude the review. Happy new year to all!!! April 26, 2018: The job was completed today with the final installation of the energy efficient entrance door panels and the hardware that had been requested. Kudos to the installers David and Joel. They are neat, honest, organized, and take so much pride for their job. They are always ready to solve any problem that might arise during the process. It was great to see them again for the final touch. Thank you again.May 18, 2018: The picture window that was installed in February 2012 has developed condensation between the two panes of glass. Few days ago I called Solar and Air and Mr Brian Bendel, a project manager with whom I had the pleasure to do business with before, came to my house today for an inspection. I am very excited to have started this large business transaction deal (large for me, since I replaced evert window and door) with Florida Solar & Air due to what I witnessed in professionalism starting from the samples of product and the forms which highlight every guarantee and comfort a buyer likes to be assured of. When I first met Erika she was very professional and patient in reassuring that I understood the big difference in products. I was very lucky to have met Terry as well whom managed to help me be able to finally get my most important work on the house done which was contract them.I am awaiting the order and will update through the process if everything is as clean cut as the form states. Even though we had a rough start with Florida Solar and Air..I would recommend them based on the quality of their installers work. Our install date was changed 4 times due to delays with the window manufacturer. Needless to say we were very frustrated and upset. However, our installers David and Joel did a fantastic job installing the windows and doors. They kept the work areas clean, they were very respectful, showed up to worth on time and were very meticulous. They were able to save me over $5000 in retiling work due to their craftsmanship.read more

Representative Alvareo Rodriquez provided key information about quality product choices. The installation team, including Billy and Victor, and Jonathan Jimenez, who did installation follow-up, was superb. They performed professional work, finishing tile with true craftsmanship, and left the site clean each day. It’s a pleasure to rate a company like Florida Solar & Air. This has been more than a 5 star experience from beginning to end, starting with the most comprehensive sales consultation I’ve ever experienced. The sales rep was Federico who provided a ton of information, answered all of my questions, and provided all of the paperwork necessary living in a high rise condo. Everyone in their office (Tracy/Jasmine in permitting, installation coordinator, etc) was courteous and overly efficient. The group that removed the debris (Raymond, Alex and Alexander) were also very efficient and worked quickly to clear out all of the debris and garbage. They too were very respectful of the space within the apartment. When it comes down to it, the most important group are your installers, and I must have been very lucky to get an extraordinary group of guys. It was 2 teams that worked together in a cohesive and professional manner. My installers were CARLOS, YAYKIME, ADAIBERT, RICHARD, RONALD and NOEL. You have to be lucky to get this group - they were so respectful of my new apartment, the fact that I was paranoid about a brand new floor that was laid, and also of the time frames in which they could work. They were precise, thorough, they cleaned up and very pleasant. They made sure I was satisfied with every step of their job. GREAT GUYS! Florida Solar & Air installed impact resistance windows on two separate occasions in my house and my wife and I were very happy with the installation . I was very pleased with the sales men Alvaro that came to my house. He was very professional and explained every thing about the different type of windows he had. He showed us two types of windows ( Casement & Single Hung) and explained the difference between them, what they were made of, and what the strength of both windows were. We wanted single hung windows installed so he took the time to showed us the the window, took the window apart and explained how the window was manufactured which my wife and I appreciated. I had other Impact Resistance window company sales men come to my house to give me a quote and when I told them I wanted Single Hung windows they all said I had to go with Casement windows because of where I lived and would not even try to see if I could get the single hung windows. Alvaro the sales men form Florida Solar & Air said Ok he will drive around and take pictures of the homes that had single hung windows installed, take the pictures and go the the city to see if he could get the single hung windows approved which he did and received the approval. This made my wife and I very happy. During the installation Alvaro also came by my house to see how the work was going.The two technicians Miguel and Kenny that did the installation of the windows did and excellent job. they both were very professional and very informative of what they were doing with the installation. Miguel explained things to me during the installation and when I had questions he took the time to answer them. When they came across any damage or had a problem they informed me of the problem and explained how it would be fixed. The workman ship they did was of excellent quality and my wife and I were very pleased. Their manager also came by during the installation and he also was very professional, answered my questions and explained things to me during the installation. Florida Solar & Air is an excellent company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody that wanted impact windows.read more

I just signed a contract on 9/15/19 to have this company install impact windows in my Condo Unit. So far I'm impressed with their sales representative Ivan who spent his time with me yesterday explaining the different kinds of windows different companies use, the features of their product, pricing and their Lifetime warranty. The samples he showed me were very impressive and he made me feel very comfortable in deciding to use this company. He was very professional, patient, and had a great sense of humor. They are real pros with a friendly office staff and very professional, hardworking and courteous installers. Our windows are beautiful! I got upset when two of the new windows were crankouts, which is very impractical for the front of a condo where people walk by all the time. It was different than the pullups we had. Turns out Florida law requires these as fire escape. I'd like to have understood this ahead of time, but the workmanship is very good.read more
