We hired Florida Solar & Air to put impact windows in our home. They installed them and were happy to make any adjustments to please us as a customer....we are very happy with the product received.

While the initial installation in late 2020 was satisfactory, we did experience an infrequent issue with the hardware of one installed French Door. Much to the Company's credit, we were offered a replacement of the defective parts at no cost to us. The repair was performed by two professionals and took only a little bit over an hour. Thank you Florida Sola &Air for your customer oriented attitude. Given this situation, I would recommend looking at the Company when their services are desired.Update May30 2023, requested service support for two of our French doors, as in the past the response from all contacted was swift, professional and customer service driven. Technician came and evaluated the matter and proposed follow up action. In these times this service oriented culture is very rare. We appreciate the support that we receive from this company and reaffirm our recommendation to select their business whenever the need arises. Thank you Florida Solar & Air well done.

The representative Anthony Rivas was incredibly professional and did not pressure us into making a decision on the spot. He provided a detailed price and everything was in writing including that they do not use subcontractors. We are in the first phase shopping around once we get two other prices we will make a decision.

Transparency, all what was offered was serviced. Nothing hidden. Once the permits were cleared, work was accomplished professionally and expeditiously. Customer service by Nicole Pulido courteous and professional (GRATE). I would recommend Solar And Air.

Few years back i had all doors and windows changed in my domicile for high impact!...I choose Florida Solar & Air because of the continual costumer service they provide to they clients for i do not like different people coming on and into my property and enjoy having a good rapport once i am please with the service i receive...Moving forward years later after the initial installation i had the pleasure to speak and explain what i needed to Mrs. Star from the window department.All was done with brain new replacement and most importantly free of charges.My next project in the near future will be the Air Conditioning Unit! And guess whom will be calling...FLORIDA SOLAR & AIR for sure and refer to Mrs. Star again for we have a nice rapport and connected very well. Conversing with her is always fluid and easy all is always done in a diligent manner. Thank you very much for your services over the yearsRegards to you.Michèle.

They are a great company, trustworthy and reliable. I am happy we found them because they did a great job and were willing to help in any way possible. I recommend this company 100%. The whole team is amazing, from the salesperson that explained everything to us, Manny, to the people that installed the windows, Carlos, to the supervisor, and Daniel also helped us incredibly during our inspection date. Daniel was very detailed, took care of everything. Also, Star did an amazing job to helps with all of.our issues. My family and I are very thankful for their services. The whole experience was great. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

Very professional from the start. Always had a number to call or text with any issues. My salesperson Blaine was awesome. Nicole in the office was great as well as Tony on the job site. Did my roof in 1 week after permits were final. Can recommend to anyone needing roof install with no hesitation whatsoever!
